The BlockAide Bay Window Adjustable Curtain Rod Set combines elegant style with function. Its wrap-around design allows window curtains to return to the wall to block side light from entering the room and provide privacy. The 3-inch projection from the wall helps to avoid damaging the walls or unnecessary wear and tear on your curtain panels. Rods come in either a 1" or 5/8" diameter and have a 3-piece pipe configuration to give it a symmetrically balanced and custom look.

When used with thermal insulating window curtain panels the rod's design will help block drafts for energy efficiency
Rods come in either a 1" or 5/8" diameter and have a 3-piece pipe configuration to give it a symmetrically balanced and custom look
The side rod adjusts from each side of the center so there is no ugly bump at the center
The window curtain rod's projection can be adjusted from 4" to 5" from the wall
Side-arm angles adjust from 0 - 90 degrees
Includes mounting hardware and easy to follow instructions

So easy to install! It could be done by one person but easier with two. Looks great in my large bay window. So happy to find a rod that was simple in design and worked perfectly for my bay windows. I was striving for a more modern look in my bedroom and it does the job. It also nicely allows for the drapes to hang well and can close each drape separately. I purchased the larger 1 inch for my crosby curtains and they hold well!
