Orders shipped to APO/FPO and International addresses
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.
For information regarding shipments to Canada or International shipments/billing please email us at support@altmeyers.com. International orders will incur extra shipping charges in addition to what appears in your cart.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of incorrectly fulfilled orders. This means
that customers will be refunded only the total cost of the merchandise, not the entire amount originally charged. Additionally, returns on
orders using free shipping will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund total.
Please note as well that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (again, except in cases of incorrectly fulfilled orders).
