BedBathHome.com Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at BedBathHome.com. We stand behind all of the merchandise we sell, and we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange. There are, however, certain conditions:
- All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization - click here to request one.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and must be accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy of it).
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and packed well for shipment (damages during shipment are the shipper's responsibility).
- Return shipping charges and the actual shipping process are the responsibility of the customer; however, call tags can be issued at the customer's expense. Please note that items sent back to us "Return to Sender" will have an additional restocking fee equal to the actual shipping charges applied before the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrectly fulfilled orders.
- Promotions: If your order involved a promotion (free shipping, coupon, etc.), and a return causes your order not to meet the criteria for the promotion, the amount of the promotion will be deducted from the refunded amount.
