Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt, unless otherwise specified in product description. For Standard Shipping we ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.

Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping applies to orders being shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only on orders that are shipped with Standard UPS or USPS shipping. Free shipping offer does not apply to expedited shipping.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO and International addresses
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.
International orders will incur extra shipping charges in addition to what appears in your cart. We do not mark international packages as gifts or otherwise falsify declarations. All of our international shipments are marked as "merchandise" as is required by law. Since we do not offer gift wrap for any order we will not falsify customs forms, therefore cannot mark international orders as gifts. By law we are required to ship all our packages as commercial shipments. We do understand that duties and taxes are often collected on these purchases and we hope the savings you are enjoying by shopping with BedBathHome makes shopping with us worthwhile.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of incorrectly fulfilled orders. This means
that customers will be refunded only the total cost of the merchandise, not the entire amount originally charged. Additionally, returns on
orders using free shipping will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund total.
Please note as well that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (again, except in cases of incorrectly fulfilled orders).
